You will receive an email confirmation with the order number once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you. 

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You’re able to check the shipping status within 2 to 7 business days once your order left our warehouse.

 We currently accept orders from the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We are working on expanding to other countries soon. Thank you so much for your patience as we expand our international presence.
