At Velosan, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.
We stand by our product and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories. Please review our full return policy, including items ineligible for return, before starting the return process.

Kindly contact our Customer service team and provide & send the following information, follow these steps so that we can better facilitate your return request, please make sure your return could meet our warranty.

• 2. Reason(s) for return
• 3. Name of item(s) to be returned and its respective quantity
• 4. Photographs (e.g. the defective part or whole package to show any missing content)
• 5. Please indicate if the seal of item(s) has been removed or unwrapped
*Customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost, any duty and tax that occur when requesting return service.
Velosan does not offer free shipping on returns unless product arrives damaged or the wrong item(s) is shipping to you. Please be sure to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to advise them of any damages or wrong items received. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track return delivery, when returning item(s) with your own label.
If the packaging are returned in poor condition or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee for the loss in the item's value.

• All shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Any refunds will be processed via the original form of payment.
Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned product is inspected by our After-Sale Service Team and confirmed that it fits within our Return Policy. Upon our approval, refund process takes about 2-3 business days. Refund can only be made payable via chosen payment method during sales. Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.
