Order and Payment Policy

When you place an order through www.velosan.com  you will receive an email with confirmation number and order summary immediately.

All orders are processed within 2 business days after order being confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you need to change your order please contact us as soon as possible via help@velosan.com 

We unfortunately cannot make any changes to your order after it has left our warehouse. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

Your order can be cancelled only if it is "Awaiting Fulfillment". For cancellations on eligible orders, please email our team at help@velosan.com as soon as possible and we will review your cancellation request. 

Or it will be too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process.
