Shipping Policy

You will receive an email confirmation with order number once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you. 

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You’re able to check the shipping status within 2 to 7 business days once your order left our warehouse.

We currently accept orders from the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We are working on expanding to other countries soon. Thank you so much for your patience as we expand our international presence.

All orders $90 and over are FREE shipping. For orders below $90, $25 will be charged for shipping.

It usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered. For orders to areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or the central mountainous regions, may result in slightly longer delivery time, usually takes 3-7 business days.
