I Received This As a Gift, Can I Exchange It?

We're sorry to hear that the gift you received didn't quite meet your expectations. We are more than willing to assist you with an exchange within 30 days after the item has been delivered. Since it was received as a gift, we urge you to initiate the exchange process as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot extend this period based on when the gift was given to you.

Please contact our customer service directly at help@velosan.com. If possible, provide some personal information about the gift-giver, and we will attempt to locate the order number for you. If we are unable to find the original order, you may need to reach out to the person who gifted it to you. However, we will do everything in our power to prevent this from happening!

If you are exchanging for a brand new product, we will need you to provide the reason for the exchange, such as wear and tear, and you will need to provide corresponding photos of the product and the packaging so that we can make the necessary adjustments."
