Shipping Policy

We value each customer's shopping experience and are committed to promptly processing every order. For all in-stock items, our processing time is up to 2 business days. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 7-15 business days. We offer free standard ground shipping for orders over $50 in value (after discounts and before taxes), which is available to the 48 contiguous United States but does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Please note that we do not offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Additional Information: Please understand that the order processing time is in addition to the estimated transit time. While we strive to ensure that your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, it is not a guaranteed delivery window. We do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Expedited shipping fees, when available, are non-refundable.

Order Process

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at help@velosan.com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
