Frequently asked questions

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We know you’re excited to receive your goods! Our orders are shipped within 7-15 business days from purchase. Packages shipped with USPS may deliver Sunday depending on your area.

Where do we ship?

We currently only ship to the United States.

When will my refund be processed?

if your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

My order arrived damaged. What do i do?

We try to make sure everything runs smoothly–but life happens. Contact us via the chat button below (bottom right!) or email us at help@velosan.com and we’ll sort it out for you!

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We want you to be happy with your products, and if, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide full refunds for orders purchased within 30 days. The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Velosan offers return / refund for purchases made on https://velosan.com/ only.

Do I need to pay for the return shipping?

We provide a prepaid return label, so you do not need to pay for return shipping.

Can you tell me about your warranty program?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. For most of our products, we’ll help out if anything goes wrong within 1 year from your date of purchase.
